Tech Data was looking for a new innovative concept for a customer event. The main goal of the event was networking and customer retention. They also wanted to make the invited customers aware of the entire product portfolio.

After brainstorming and weighing different ideas, the “Universe Tour” was quickly born. The image of the universe perfectly reflected what the event was about and created a catchy communication concept. 

At all four stops, the venue was transformed into an impressive galaxy with the help of special light and sound technology and the guests travelled through the Tech Data universe in fixed slots.

OUR CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge was the planning, taking into account the individual circumstances of the venues and the changing number of exhibitors. ​
