This was the third time we had the opportunity to organise an event in the great premises of Schneider Electric in Marktheidenfeld. 

The team of suppliers was now perfectly coordinated and with an optimised room utilisation concept, it was even possible to dispense with the erection of a tent as an outsourced canteen this time.

The products were presented in the beautiful central mall and the meeting rooms were optimally used for various presentations.

For the evening event, we found a special jewel in Gut Wöllried. We were immediately impressed by the historic estate, which was lovingly converted into an event venue. 

The existing technology could be ideally integrated into the lighting concept and thus perfectly set the stage for the artists. 

As always, the participants travelled from various countries and had to be distributed among several hotels, as the capacities in the region are limited.

OUR CHALLENGE:

To make the best possible use of available hotel capacity and ensure that all participants in a country group are accommodated in the same hotel. And in doing so, avoid cancellation fees for unused allotments.​
