In 2020, with the first lockdown, the event industry was faced with the huge challenge of finding replacements for events that had long been planned but could no longer take place.
For many of our clients, digital formats were completely new territory and the need for information was correspondingly great. We therefore brought forward the ‘impulsgeber events’ event planned for July and organised a digital event in May to inform about the possibilities of digital events.
The event managers had the opportunity to experience a live-streamed studio event from the participant’s perspective and thus get many ideas for their own digital events. The format was similar to a TV production with experts in the Studio and live from their home office. The participants were integrated into the event via interactive tools and Q&A sessions.
To design an informative event within a short time on a topic that was undergoing rapid change. With a coherent overall concept, a lot of participant interaction as well as implementation with great attention to detail.
