The supervisory board, city councillors, members of the state and federal parliaments, as well as architects and employees were invited to the groundbreaking ceremony. 

In contrast to many other events we have organised so far, the location here was quite simple: a fallow, undeveloped plot of land, without electricity or water. 

To ensure that the guests could stand the summer temperatures on the site, a tent and the necessary infrastructure for toilets and cooling of the catering were erected.

At the ceremony, the guests were able to learn about the planned construction with the help of the construction plans on display and a 3D model, while a band provided the background music. After the official ground-breaking ceremony, everyone enjoyed cool drinks and an excellent snack.

OUR CHALLENGE:

The midsummer temperatures. Fortunately we had opted for the heat-repellent tent tarpaulin and a covered terrace instead of the transparent panorama tarpaulin.
