Having already organised this event in Dublin, Monaco, Marbella, Athens, Sitges, Denia and Malta, an exciting new destination was found in Riga. 

As in previous years, the 3-day event offered a varied programme: many top-class internal speakers from all over the world, an outstanding keynote “non-speaker” who introduced the participants to the magic of music, and a true rock night with special guests from the scene in Riga.

Our full service started with the search for a suitable location, provided the red thread with well thought-out staging and implementation of all programme points and convinced with the smooth coordination of all trades including professional participant management.

OUR CHALLENGE:

The agenda was tight and the route from the conference hotel to the party location was to be kept as short as possible. Unfortunately, the traffic routing dictated a diversion, which meant a 15-minute delay. Thanks to our great local partner, we learned that a bottle of vodka can go a long way with the local police! So without further ado, we were allowed to turn left with 9 buses where it was actually not allowed. This brought our guests to the party by express.
