The aim was to say thank you to the employees after a year of “state of emergency” with short-time work and home office and to strengthen the team spirit. The focus of the digital team event was on personal exchange and a positive community experience. Our Project manager as the moderator in dialogue with our contact person on the customer side led through the 120-minute programme under the motto “Remote Lounge #Movie”.
Mike, the professional bartender, fascinated his audience with an interactive show in three acts. Under his guidance, the participants mixed famous cocktails from movie history. These were then enjoyed during entertaining bingo sessions, as well as an exciting quiz on the topic of movie. The participants praised the varied and entertaining programme, which, in addition to the personal address by the management, also offered many opportunities for direct interaction with colleagues. This was used abundantly and ensured an exuberant mood.

To set up a digital live event that feels like a “real” team event despite the physical distance and doesn’t miss anything!
