The event with more than 1,300 international participants was based on 3 pillars: a specialist conference with parallel lectures in several languages, the exhibition on almost 4,000 m² and the big Oktoberfest party at the end.
The main focus was on well thought-out participant management, smooth logistics and the coordination of over 70 service providers.
In addition to the conference and catering at the MOC, we were responsible for the complete hotel, transfer and personnel logistics for the 1,300 participants and organised the evening event.
Finding a first-class Oktoberfest band that had capacity just 2 days before the Oktoberfest opened and was willing to use their equipment, which had actually already been moved to the Oktoberfest grounds, at our event in the Löwenbräukeller.
