It should be Christmasy, but please not so classic. And we wanted an activity… some team building to start the party.

With these specifications, we started developing a coherent overall concept for ITM’s Christmas party.

Of our suggestions, the Wild West X-Mas concept immediately met with enthusiasm. Now all that remained was to find a suitable venue in the north of Munich. We already had a country band in style with a large pool of authentic decorations on hand. For the activities, we created a challenge with hat throwing and beam sawing. As a highlight, the participants were allowed to try their hand at line dancing after dinner before the party got going.

OUR CHALLENGE:

To meet the strict requirements of the venue, which normally only allows its own service providers on the farmground. Thanks to the unusual decoration, which they could not offer themselves, and the professional approach of us and our partners during set-up and dismantling, we were able to convince them to use our own suppliers and the event was a great success.
