With our free safety check, we examine the hygiene measures planned around your event.
Risk analysis:
We check your planned event for hygiene standards and occupational health and safety. What are the infection risks in the chosen location, with the planned group of participants and using the service providers involved? We identify risks and point out suitable measures to minimise the risk of infection.
Hygiene concept:
The hygiene concept created especially for your event summarises all infection control measures. We can also coordinate the hygiene concept with the relevant authorities for you.
Implementation:
We implement the hygiene concept for your event. This includes not only hygiene plans for all event areas. Our service also includes room planning, taking into account distance rules and clear routing. We also advise you on the implementation of a test strategy and the use of contact tracing systems.

Hygiene Officer:
To ensure that the implementation of the hygiene plans does not only exist on paper, the hygiene officer ensures the consistent application of and compliance with all applicable rules during your event. He decides how to proceed in case of violations and takes care of the instruction and training of all staff on site.
