A dynamic leap into the future: The morning featured an exciting roadshow, followed by the grand Office Opening in the House of Communication in the afternoon. This event marked Vertiv’s relocation to their new office in the heart of Munich’s vibrant Werksviertel district.

The new location, the House of Communication, embodies innovative networking, creativity, and an inspiring work environment—an ideal match for Vertiv, a company renowned for its expertise in providing and securing critical infrastructure as well as its modern, dynamic orientation.

The event was attended by numerous guests, including customers, employees, and prominent speakers like Clemens Baumgärtner, Munich’s Head of Economic Affairs and the famous “Oktoberfest Chief,” who enriched the day with inspiring speeches.

Our challenge:

In addition to organizing traditional event elements such as attendee registration and catering, we faced a unique challenge: creating an extraordinary opening act to replace the classic “ribbon-cutting ceremony.” The goal was to reflect the creative spirit of Vertiv’s new German headquarters.

Our solution:

We orchestrated a bespoke live musical performance exclusively composed for Vertiv! After a detailed briefing, the band we scouted collaborated with Vertiv to craft a meaningful song. The song’s message emphasized Vertiv’s focus on dynamic, future-oriented work, mutual growth, and providing space for creative ideas to flourish.
