10 Years of impulsgebr events - Time to Look to the Future!

This year’s impulsgeber event marked a special anniversary: for ten years now, the event has been inspiring and connecting professionals from the event industry. Looking back, what began as a small networking platform has grown into a fixed date in the industry calendar. Year after year, trends have been presented, partnerships formed, and ideas shared to continuously rethink the way events are created.

 

Even in this anniversary year, the event stayed true to its mission of looking ahead. Under the motto “Events of the Future with All Senses,” the focus was on experiencing the future of event design firsthand.

 

Partners from various industries presented their latest innovations, ensuring that trends were not just showcased but could be experienced with all senses:

 

  • Design Offices Macherei gave insights into how flexible work and event spaces can foster creativity and well-being. During a guided tour, participants explored the location and experienced different room concepts firsthand.
 
  • Kroll Creative Catering created a tailor-made catering concept, turning the event into a true culinary experience – there was plenty to taste and marvel at!
 
  • ConceptKitchen brought healthy eating to life on-site. Anne Goldhammer-Michl and Barbara Pafel transformed wild herbs into delicious brain food, showing how their catering and edutainment ideas can enrich business events and promote well-being.
 
  • Crushed Eyes Media wowed the audience with an interactive AI brand ambassador – a 3D avatar that communicated live with the audience, offering a fascinating glimpse into how artificial intelligence is transforming storytelling in live communication.
 
  • guest2B demonstrated how digital guest management can make the entire event process smarter and more efficient.
 
  • Axel Berger of IsarStreetArt turned our keynote into a work of art: through short videos and his creative input, he showed how emotional storytelling and the integration of artists and art can enrich and elevate an event.
 
  • Body painter Lucia Jantos created true eye-catchers by turning bodies into canvases, transforming branding into a tangible experience.
 
  • mpw Veranstaltungstechnik: Matthias Woysch perfectly staged the anniversary with a thoughtful sound and lighting concept, evoking emotions and creating the right atmosphere. He also handled video technology and direction, ensuring smooth keynote sessions. And last but not least: with his 3D printer, he created our custom impulsgeber lamps – a unique giveaway for our guests!
 
  • Paint & Connect sparked creativity: with brushes and paint, company values were brought to life while fostering nonverbal communication. Everyone was invited to pick up a brush and contribute to a fantastic collaborative result – a shared impulsgeber artwork.
 
  • Stephan Ehlers brought movement into play: with his unique mix of business juggling and interactive speaking, he activated brains, hands, and laughter alike. Our guests were able to participate and try juggling themselves!
 
  • THE DUKE Distillerie brought along a mobile bar with selected gin creations. Guests could sample different drinks and discover the distillery’s special event concepts.
 
  • Wildcard Photography: Alex Schelbert captured the special moments – with his flair for vibrant photography and videography, he ensured that the highlights of our impulsgeber event will be remembered for years to come.
 
  • xpert Teambuilding presented sustainable team events that strengthen team spirit and create real social value – hands-on formats included!
 
 

Over the past ten years, impulsgeber events has continuously evolved – and once again, this year’s workshop provided inspiration, new ideas, and plenty of opportunities for exchange. Our guests were able not only to discover new trends but to experience them with all their senses.
